Yes, a software subscription is an integral part of the bubl experience. With bublOS, you gain access to native Zoom and Teams functionality, calendar integration via Outlook and Google Calendar, immersive environments, and AI-driven features that enhance focus and wellness. The subscription costs $1,200 per year, per unit, and includes over-the-air updates and ongoing support to ensure your bubl unit remains cutting-edge.

Not currently, but we are developing a new model designed to accommodate 2-4 people, which will also be ADA compliant. This model is targeted for release in early 2025 and will expand the versatility of bubl’s solutions for collaborative and inclusive workspaces.

Currently, bubl units are not ADA compliant due to their compact size, which does not accommodate wheelchair access. To achieve ADA compliance, a unit would need to have a minimum dimension of 5 feet to allow for wheelchair maneuverability, which can also necessitate fire suppression systems in certain jurisdictions. We are actively working on a larger model, slated for a 2025 release, that will meet ADA standards. In the interim, we recommend a custom buildout for ADA-compliant soundproof enclosures.

We designed bubl with high-quality, future-proof technology intended for a lifespan of at least 10 years. If a component needs upgrading or replacement, our modular build design makes it easy and accessible, ensuring your unit remains state-of-the-art.

Each bubl is shipped in four heavy-duty cardboard boxes on a wooden pallet. Self-assembly requires two adults and approximately 1-2 hours per unit. For a hassle-free experience, our white glove installation option includes delivery, onsite assembly, and removal of all packaging materials by expert installers.
